Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team at DCS Clinical.

Estimated salary: $45,000-$50,000 per year, depending on experience.

Dentists work closely with our dental hygienists to promote patients' oral health and well-being. This is a challenging yet rewarding role for an experienced and caring professional.

• Patient Care: Prepares patients for treatment by welcoming them, soothing their nerves, seating and draping them, and completing pre-treatment tasks.
• Cleaning teeth and beneath gum margins using manual and ultrasonic tools to remove plaque and stains.
• Oral Health Assessment: Conducts visual exams of the mouth, using a periodontal probe to identify areas of recession and disease.
• Preventive Measures: Applies topical fluoride treatments to prevent decay and instructs patients in proper oral hygiene practices.
• Emergency Response: Maintains a directory of emergency contact numbers, performs CPR when necessary, and administers oxygen as required.

• Licenses and Certifications: A valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license is mandatory. New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with experience in dental technology preferred.
