Job Description

Welcome to the Beverly Hills Gymnastics Center, a premier destination for well-rounded gymnastics classes, camps, and training courses. We are seeking an energetic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Girls Gymnastics Instructor.

We provide instruction to toddlers and children in the recreational gymnastics program that is consistent with our mission. As a coach, you will teach programs for an all-girls program, including programs for girls ages 2 years-teens. You will work together with Tots, Rollers, and Twisters, as well as instruction in USAG Levels 1-3.

Your responsibilities will include planning and developing new gymnastics-related programs and services, preparing lesson plans for recreational lessons, attending meetings pertinent to your position, and incorporating virtue and character education into all classes. You will also maintain accurate accounting of attendance, monitor gymnastics equipment for safety and maintenance needs, and fill out accident reports if necessary.

In addition, you will help train and orient new staff, communicate effectively with participants and their parents, be a team player in the organization, and exercise good judgment. We value creativity, innovation, and excellent student retention. If you have experience working with children in a recreation and/or instructional setting, we encourage you to apply.

We offer competitive compensation, $30 per hour, making this an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in teaching and coaching. Our ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma, one to three years of experience working with children, and a willingness to earn USAG certification within one year of start.
