About the Opportunity

We are seeking an Entry-Level Applied Behavior Technician to join our team at Behavior Genius. This role offers a unique chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with special needs.

Estimated Salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per year (dependent on location)

Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver clinical services and support multiple functions of the Clinical Department.
  2. Display empathy and discretion in interactions with clients and their families.
  3. Collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive support.
  4. Develop and implement individualized plans to meet client needs.
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports on client progress.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience required; experience working with individuals with Autism or developmental disabilities is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively and adapt to changing circumstances.
