Job Summary

The LPN Extern delivers patient-centered care by performing daily living services and assisting the nursing staff in maintaining a clean and safe environment.



  • Provide evidence-based care to patients as directed by the physician or RN.
  • Assist with procedures and monitoring as directed.
  • Document care administration in the patient medical record.
  • Serve as a resource to deliver quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality patient care through daily living services.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Document patient care administration accurately and efficiently.
  • Support the delivery of quality patient care through expert guidance.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in LPN school with Fundamentals and clinicals completed.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support obtained within 30 days of employment.
  • Vocational School Graduate.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
