Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the optical industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth, improving store performance, and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, processes, and policies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and incentives. Our comprehensive compensation package includes health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
