About the Role:
As a member of our Food & Beverage team, you will acquire diverse skills in a lively and collaborative environment. Your role will be essential in providing an unforgettable experience for our guests and colleagues by embodying our core values: Serve Others, Do Right, Drive Value, Do Good, Be Safe, and Have Fun.
Position Details:
- Expected Compensation: $20.00 per hour
- Availability: Full Time & Part Time, including weekends and holidays
- Skill Level: Entry Level
- Housing: May be available
- Perks: Free Shift Meal
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster connections with guests and fellow team members
- Share enthusiasm for the mountains during service
- Adhere to leadership guidelines as discussed in daily briefings
- Prepare a variety of food items in a fun, team-oriented setting
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations throughout the shift
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- No prior experience is necessary; we will provide all the training needed to perform your job safely
- A strong desire to learn and develop
- Fluency in English is required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift objects up to 40 lbs
The expected pay range for this position is $20.00 per hour. Individual compensation decisions will be based on various factors.
