Our St Cloud, Monticello, Brainerd, and Alexandria locations are seeking talented individuals to join our team. As a Tax/Audit Associate, you'll have the opportunity to gain experience in preparing individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns, as well as performing audit, review, and compilation services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing tax returns and financial statements
  • Performing audit and review services
  • Gaining experience in procedures, workpapers, and systems
  • Supporting multiple client engagements
  • Expanding industry knowledge through training and exposure
  • Completing research and special projects
  • Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues

Minimum requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (strongly preferred)
  • Eligibility to sit for the CPA exam
  • General knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
