We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Hygiene Specialist to join our team at Waterway Dental Care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and education on oral health and hygiene practices.
- Conduct thorough dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings and screenings.
- Collaborate with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and treatment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest dental hygiene techniques and best practices.
- Current dental hygienist license in South Carolina.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene.
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry and dental hygiene procedures.
- CPR Certification.
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
- Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet patient needs.
- Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Prolonged periods sitting and standing.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
