Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Laborer - Pipelayer to join our team at Tri-City Groundbreakers, Inc. As a key member of our excavation crew, you will be responsible for assisting pipelayers in the installation of water mains, storm sewers, and sanitary sewers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist pipelayers in the installation of underground infrastructure
  • Perform manhole building and mud work
  • Operate heavy equipment and work around trench protection devices
  • Safely work around existing underground utilities
  • Work with pipe lasers, line guns, and transits
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Work safely near and around highway traffic and noisy operations
  • Lift or carry up to 50 lbs
Requirements:
  • Experience in pipelayer duties
  • Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
  • Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs
