  • Promote casino events and programs to increase guest engagement
  • Provide fast, friendly, and professional beverage service to casino guests, carrying full trays on every round
  • Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to guidelines
  • Take drink orders, communicate with bartenders, assist in the preparation of drinks, and present drinks to guests
  • Handle money according to procedure and maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Work well with others, including beverage servers, bartenders, bar backs, beverage supervisors, and slots supervisors
  • Maintain a clean and stocked workstation, adhering to company standards

**Requirements:**

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must successfully complete our RVP training course and obtain a liquor license
  • Read, write legibly, understand, and speak English
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Count money and change correctly
  • Know or be able to learn tray service and cocktail ingredients
  • Available to work required schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
  • Meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy
  • Be physically mobile with reasonable accommodations
  • Be able to respond to visual and oral cues
  • Be able to lift and carry 20 lbs. (full cocktail tray) for extended periods
  • Able to tolerate noise and bright lights
  • Able to work at a fast pace in often crowded and noisy environments
