Provider Healthcare is seeking a highly-motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide exceptional patient care to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, demonstrate leadership skills, and be proficient in EMR systems.
Required Qualifications
- CA medical license as PA or NP
- CA DEA certificate before start date
- Board certified
- CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of clinical experience
Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose a variety of diseases and injuries in patients of all ages
- Perform therapeutic procedures, including preventative care and follow up
- Arrange referrals, consultations, and therapeutic services
- Chart review and document all patient encounters efficiently and according to organization policy
