Luxury Community Ambassador

We are seeking an experienced and well-polished Concierge Greeter to create an exceptional first impression of our luxury assisted living community.

• Provide warm and welcoming greetings to residents, resident families, and guests upon arrival.
• Answer and redirect incoming calls with professionalism and positivity.
• Take accurate and courteous phone messages and respond to requests in a timely manner.
• Ensure all emergencies are handled promptly and appropriately.
• Maintain accurate front desk sign-in/sign-out logs.

• Clear and confident speaking voice, both in person and over the phone.
• Cheerful, upbeat, positive, and professional demeanor.
• Strong but patient and pleasant communication skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) preferred.
• Able to communicate fluently in English, both orally and in written communications.
• Must always be respectful and polite to residents, guests, and fellow team members.
