• Design and execute engaging educational programs tailored to the developmental needs of children.
• Inspire and guide fellow educators through mentorship and collaborative efforts.
• Facilitate individual and group activities that promote social, cognitive, and emotional development.
• Maintain open lines of communication with families through regular updates and meetings.
• Adhere to all center policies and comply with state regulations.
• Uphold a safe and hygienic classroom environment, ensuring the well-being of all children.
• Commit to ongoing professional development to enhance educational practices.

• A minimum of one year of experience in child care or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with basic computer proficiency.
• High energy levels and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, children, and parents.
• A solid understanding of child development principles.
• Current certification in Infant/Child CPR and First Aid.
• Successful completion of a comprehensive background check and health screening.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.

• Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.
• Head Teacher Certification.
• A minimum of 12 college credits in Early Childhood Education.
