Job Summary

As a Nursing Assistant - Patient Care Specialist at CHSGa, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and using the bathroom. You will also be responsible for taking vital signs, documenting patient information, and assisting with admissions, discharges, and transfers.

Responsibilities

Provide daily care to patients, including personal grooming and hygiene

Take vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and respiration
Document patient information and report any changes in patient condition
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as requested

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant from the State of Georgia
