Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team at ADM in Valdosta, GA.

About the Role

This is an hourly position that requires the ability to sustain and maintain duties and tasks associated with the Utility Position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sustain quality control responsibilities and perform all applicable analytical procedures.
  • Follow safety and environmental rules and regulations, including adherence to the Rail Safety Program.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance of rail safety and rail movement equipment.
  • Maintain housekeeping in assigned areas and operate industrial forklift/truck.
  • Collect production samples from various sources as needed.
Requirements
  • Fully trained and mastered essential duties and responsibilities associated with the Utility position.
  • In good standing in regards to Safety, Environmental, and Quality programs.
  • Able to work rotating shifts and cover shift based on plant needs.
  • Ability to temporarily step up to Operator II position when needed.
Working Conditions

This position requires working all hours, all days, holidays, etc. and will be required to wear fall protection for certain job tasks, climb stairs, and lift heavy equipment (50-lbs).
