Wood Production Craftsman

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Wood Production Craftsman. The ideal candidate will have prior manufacturing experience and a strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and equipment operation.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the assembly and fabrication of custom wood acoustics components.
  • Operate woodworking machinery, including saws, sanders, and drills.
  • Measure and cut material based on job specifications and application.
  • Set up and operate manufacturing equipment according to standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, including equipment logs and quality control records.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 18 years old.
  • Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of woodworking processes, equipment operation, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Working knowledge of safe woodworking techniques and tooling.
  • Ability to read shop drawings.
  • Physical stamina to lift and move heavy materials (2-50 lbs).
