Job Summary
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate Footwear Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and upholding our company's standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Greet every customer and proactively approach them to understand their needs and provide support.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Product Knowledge
- Stay up-to-date on product information, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Provide customers with expert advice on products and services.
- Store Presentation
- Maintain a high level of store presentation by following established floor sets, signage requirements, and inventory presentation standards.
- Ensure that the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Teamwork
- Work collaboratively with other sales associates and store teams to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Support the team in achieving sales goals and objectives.
- Adherence to Company Policies
- Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of all company information.
Requirements
- Experience
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
- Physical Demands
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 15 to 35 pounds items repetitively.
- Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking.
