Responsibilities as a Field Sales Executive
• Develop a collaborative relationship with dental professionals and their teams by assessing business needs, discussing the advantages and features of our equipment and technology solutions, coordinating product demonstrations, and explaining the return on investment and tax benefits.
• Stay informed about Patterson's offerings, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
• Maintain precise records of prospects, customer orders, sales activities, and other financial transactions.
• Undertake additional tasks related to the Field Sales Executive role.
Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3 to 5 years of experience in business-to-business outside sales, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
• A proactive approach with outstanding customer service, planning, and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to present and negotiate effectively.
• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets is advantageous.
• Proficiency in general computer skills, including MS Office, is essential.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Preference will be given to candidates with over 3 years of experience in the dental industry.
