We're looking for an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at MSCCN As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources department. This includes maintaining employee files, records, and change of status, planning and implementing employee functions, and assisting with the administration of employee benefit programs.

About the Job

In this exciting role, you will work closely with employees, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless administrative support. You will also assist with special projects, such as compiling statistics on turnover, overtime hours, insurance, sick leave, vacation, and attendance.

The ideal candidate will have advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil's software packages. You will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Estimated salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year.
