Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
  • Positive attitude and a team player.
Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, as well as a range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401K plan. Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs.
