About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans of care for our patients. Your expertise and experience will be essential in ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and diagnose patient needs through physical examination, medical history, and diagnostic testing
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient assessment data and collaboration with healthcare team members
- Prescribe medications and treatments as authorized by state law and hospital policies
- Conduct educational sessions for patients and families on disease management, medication use, and other health-related topics
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- RN license in good standing in California
- Minimum 2 years of experience in critical care nursing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
