At Vision Achievement, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Brownwood, TX.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to work in our Catheter Lab Department. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care and promoting a safe and healing environment for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient progress.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions and the necessary treatments.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in healthcare.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of healthcare practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits:
This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health care benefits (medical, dental, vision), life insurance, disability insurance, time off benefits (paid parental leave, vacations, holidays, health issues), voluntary benefits, well-being resources, and a retirement 401(k) Savings Plan with employer matching.
