Beverage Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Beverage Specialist to join our team at WIG CAFE 1 LLC. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing high-quality beverages.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $12.00 and $25.00 per hour, with the potential for overtime pay. In addition to a competitive hourly wage, we offer a range of benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, and paid time off.

• Prepare Beverages: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos.
• Provide Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about the menu.
• Cash Handling: Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning coffee machines and equipment.
• Food Preparation: Assist with food preparation, such as making sandwiches or pastries.
• Sales: Upsell and promote additional products or specials to customers.

• Time Management: Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
• Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers.
• Cash Handling: Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
• Coffee Knowledge: Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and different coffee blends.
• Sales Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and sales skills to upsell products and increase revenue.
• Basic Food Preparation: Basic food preparation skills for assisting with menu items.
