Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric-Mental Health Physician to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive psychiatric care to patients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of innovative treatment programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat patients with complex psychiatric conditions, utilizing evidence-based practices and a patient-centered approach.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and guidelines for psychiatric care.
  • Stay current with the latest research, technologies, and treatment modalities, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and training to staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A medical degree (MD or DO) and completion of a psychiatric residency program.Board certification in psychiatry or a related field.Current licensure to practice medicine in the state of Ohio.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the advancement of psychiatric-mental health medicine.
