Lovelace Medical Center is a leading acute care hospital with 263 licensed beds, offering a wide range of services including emergency care, surgical procedures, non-invasive robotic spine surgery, stroke treatment, radiology, and oncology services. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide fundamental patient care under the supervision of nursing and medical personnel.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
  • Monitor and report on patients' progress to nursing staff.
  • Record vital signs and collect specimens for laboratory analysis.
  • Facilitate basic patient transport and perform housekeeping duties as needed.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Preferred:
  • One year of experience in acute or long-term care settings.
  • Progress towards an approved CNA, PCT, or paramedic (EMT-P) certification.
  • Experience in Phlebotomy or completion of a Phlebotomy course.
