With a focus on people development, you'll mentor, train, and develop clinical staff and colleagues to ensure optimal patient care management. You'll also execute daily effective and optimal patient care management, ensuring the optimal execution of our clinical model playbook and identifying indicators for clinical improvement.

As a leader in our organization, you'll build an appropriate treatment environment throughout the center, following State Practice Act/Rules and Regulations/ WC Regulations. You'll also ensure accurate records and billing.

We're looking for a Board Certified/Eligible physician with Occupational Medicine experience, but we're willing to train otherwise qualified candidates in this area of medicine. You'll need to be eligible to participate in Medicare and have an unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction.
