Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate effective communication among Haulers, Delivery Teams, Flatbed Drivers, Call Center, and Local Client Management Teams.
  • Maintain an on-site presence regularly to ensure adherence to established procedures by Haulers and Delivery Teams.
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of Haulers.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with vendors.
  • Address shipping discrepancies, damaged goods, and in-home damage claims promptly.
  • Engage with end customers to ensure a seamless in-home delivery experience.
  • Compile and maintain monthly operational reports, including key statistics and customer service metrics.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong mathematical skills, capable of performing calculations related to discounts, interest, commissions, and various measurements.
  • Ability to analyze technical and scientific literature relevant to the business and market.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to devise innovative solutions to diverse challenges.
