Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Clinical Advancement Program RN. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Administer medications and perform routine medical procedures as prescribed by physicians
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest renal therapy treatments and technologies

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of employment
  • Minimum of 9 months of experience as an RN, preferably in nephrology nursing
  • Successful completion of Fresenius Medical Care's education and training program
  • CPR BLS certification
