Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Project Engineer to join our team at CEC. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from start to finish, including estimating, pricing, and marketing strategies
  • Develop feasible engineering design alternatives to meet project requirements
  • Utilize computer software to create detailed dimensional drawings and design layouts
  • Prepare design computations and quantity estimates
  • Prepare reports, studies, specifications, and permitting for projects
  • Provide technical support and input in the resolution of project issues
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Maintain accurate design standards and procedures
  • Cooperate and coordinate with other engineers, designers, and technicians on project activities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from a four-year college or university
  • One to five years of related experience and/or training
  • Oklahoma or Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts and apply them to practical situations
  • Proficient personal computer skills, including electronic mail, record keeping, and word processing
Work Environment

Our office is a well-lighted, heated, and air-conditioned indoor setting with adequate ventilation. Moderate noise levels are present.
