Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to join our team at Kettering Health Network. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for performing timely and quality Mammography exams, interacting positively with patients and their families, and working collaboratively with team members to achieve exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Mammography exams with precision and accuracy, ensuring high-quality images for diagnosis and treatment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide exceptional patient care.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques to provide the best possible care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Radiographer in the State of Ohio.
• ARRT (R) Certification - Diagnostic Radiology.
• ARRT (M) Certification - Mammography (obtained within 12 months of start date).
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associates degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Two years of experience in Mammography or a related field.
