Nurture Dental Health PC is a high-tech, fast-paced, privately owned dental practice that requires an experienced insurance billing specialist for our oral surgery and general dentistry department.

Salary and Benefits

We offer competitive wages of $60,000 per year, based on experience, and 1 week vacation after 6 months. After 1 year of employment, you will receive 2 weeks vacation + 3 sick days and a 401K at 3% unmatched, plus year-end profit sharing.

Job Description

">

This role involves overseeing, submitting, tracking, and recording all insurance billing for this single-doctor practice. Responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Submit electronic and manual claims.">
  • Enter insurance payments and explanation of benefits into patient charts.">
  • Monitor the insurance aging report.">
  • Collect insurance checks from patients.">
  • Send patient statements in cases that are warranted.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

To succeed in this role, you must possess 2+ years of experience in the dental field and have experience with Open Dental/Dentrix or similar dental software. Required experience includes oral surgery, dental, and medical insurance billing and coding.

You should also be able to demonstrate determination and persistence in submitting and appealing claims, as well as strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

No Evenings or Weekends

">

This is a full-time position with no evenings or weekends required.
