Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with essential personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Support patients with medication reminders, meal preparation, feeding, and other daily living activities.
  • Facilitate mobility, accompany patients to medical appointments, and assist with errands.
  • Help maintain a clean and safe environment, including the patient’s living area and laundry.
  • Assist patients with prescribed exercise routines and basic wound care as needed.
