Dance Educator

We are seeking a skilled Dance Instructor to join our team at Mesabi Fit Coalition.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for instructing, explaining, and demonstrating techniques and methods of dance with musical or rhythmic accompaniment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate methods and techniques for the class.
- Observe and correct dance students as they attempt to do it themselves.
- Offer suggestions to students on how to improve their dance techniques.
- Harmonize students' body movements to the rhythm of musical or rhythmic accompaniment.
- Collaborate with choreographers to refine or modify dance steps.
Requirements:
- Experience and formal training in the form of dance taught.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
