VCA Animal Hospitals is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Representative to join our team. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, ensuring the trust and loyalty of pet owners, and contributing to the overall success of our animal hospitals.
Key Responsibilities- Client Communication: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and guide clients and their pets to examination rooms.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, place outbound calls for follow-ups, and reach out to prospective clients.
- Financial Transactions: Present and explain fees, process payments, and recommend products and services.
- Product and Service Knowledge: Educate clients on general animal care, recommend products, and obtain prescriptions.
- Record Management: Manage medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence.
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure the hospital is clean and well-maintained, both inside and outside.
