Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome all visitors with a courteous and professional attitude.
  • Handle incoming calls to the community office, providing accurate information as needed.
  • Foster and maintain relationships within the community.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office to create and manage documents effectively.
  • Assist the Community Manager with data entry in our management software.
  • Support the Community Manager in processing guest cards and managing lead information.
  • Ensure all community office files are organized and compliant with company policies.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of office supplies, ensuring equipment is maintained.
  • Document interactions with customers to enhance service and build a potential resident database.
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager on home sales and presentations.
  • Safeguard residents' privacy and property.
  • Adhere to all relevant regulatory requirements to promote fairness and compliance.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of general office experience; sales experience is a plus.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Strong customer service skills are essential.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Capability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are necessary.

This is a part-time position offering competitive pay and commission opportunities.
