Laser Tube Machinist

Position Overview:

As a leading manufacturer in the fitness equipment sector, Sorinex Exercise Equipment is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our operations as a Tube Laser Operator. Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be tasked with:

1. **Operating Laser Equipment:** Efficiently start up and shut down laser machinery.
2. **Program Execution:** Run designated programs with precision.
3. **Quality Control:** Accurately palletize and count items produced by the laser.
4. **Maintenance Protocols:** Adhere to maintenance and safety procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance.
5. **Setup Parameters:** Establish correct cutting settings for laser operation.
6. **Material Handling:** Safely operate a forklift for material management.
7. **Documentation:** Keep records of production and quality control metrics.
8. **Work Environment:** Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires:

- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of materials.
- Ability to squat, kneel, bend, twist, and reach overhead regularly.
- Standing and walking for extended periods.
- Working in a dynamic industrial setting while adhering to safety protocols.

Job Type:
Full-time

Compensation:
Starting at $17.00 per hour
