Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to lead our HVAC installation team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in residential and commercial HVAC systems, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in new construction and/or service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the HVAC installation team to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and customer service.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in residential and commercial HVAC systems.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • RMGA and EPA certifications are a plus.
