Position Overview:
This critical role is dedicated to ensuring the operational and financial prosperity of our residential community while exceeding resident service expectations. You will oversee and nurture the development of residential staff, fostering both personal and professional growth, and ensuring high levels of employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Administer leasing operations to achieve or surpass budgetary goals by optimizing occupancy rates and rental pricing, managing expenses through effective inventory control, and ensuring timely payroll reporting. You will also be responsible for revenue collection and initiating necessary legal processes when required.
- Staff Management and Development: Conduct interviews and screenings for potential on-site team members. Provide training and motivation by communicating company values, policies, and procedures. Facilitate orientation for new hires and promote ongoing education. Ensure staff retention and maintain positive employee relations through performance evaluations and team-building initiatives.
- Property Maintenance: Maintain the property in a pristine condition, ensuring that preventative maintenance schedules are adhered to. Conduct daily inspections of both the interior and exterior to uphold curb appeal and security protocols.
- Resident Services: Uphold the property by meeting established standards for resident satisfaction. Ensure that a responsible individual is available for emergencies at all times. Accurately prepare and process all leasing documentation, maintenance requests, and financial reporting.
Essential Skills and Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in residential management or a related field, or a combination of education and experience.
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds.
