Job Description
The Senior Manufacturing Quality Expert will be responsible for developing and implementing quality strategies that drive business growth and profitability. This role requires a strong understanding of quality principles and methodologies, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality strategies
• Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce defects and increase efficiency
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
• Provide training and development opportunities to plant-wide resources

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent quality/manufacturing experience
• 5+ years automotive experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with quality tools including MSA, APQP, PPAP, DFMEA/PFMEA, and SPC
