Job Title: Housekeeper

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Guest Room Attendant to join our team at the Fairfield Inn Geneva, managed by Essex Hotel Management.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, ensuring a comfortable and inviting environment for our guests.
  • Change linens, make beds, and restock amenities as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Vacuum, dust, and sanitize all surfaces in guest rooms, adhering to strict safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damage to the appropriate department, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing disruptions.
  • Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times, embodying the Essex Hotel Management values of being DRIVEN: Dedicated, Responsive, Integrity-driven, Value-Oriented, Engaged, and Nimble.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
