Position Overview:

  • Advisory Role: Provide expert legal counsel to both employers and employees on a range of employment-related matters, including hiring protocols, workplace regulations, termination processes, and employee benefits.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Assist clients in adhering to federal, state, and local labor laws, including the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and anti-discrimination statutes.
  • Document Preparation: Draft and evaluate employment agreements, employee manuals, non-compete clauses, severance packages, and other relevant legal documents to safeguard client interests.
