We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lab Specimen Processor to join our team at Northwestern Medicine. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for receiving, processing, and distributing specimens, as well as performing non-high complexity testing.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and process laboratory specimens, ensuring accurate and timely handling.
- Label and distribute specimens to the appropriate departments or laboratories.
- Perform non-high complexity testing as required, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
