We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time RN to join our dynamic team, working Night shifts from 7PM to 7AM in our fast-paced 33-bed Orthopedic Trauma and Medical Surgical Unit. Our focus is on delivering exceptional patient care to individuals across the young adult and adult life stages.

As part of our collaborative group on 3 West, you will have the chance to work closely with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure outstanding care for our patients. This unit specializes in planned joint replacements, orthopedic trauma, and various medical conditions, fostering an energetic learning atmosphere with interdisciplinary teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, implement care plans, and evaluate total nursing care.
  • Maintain effective communication with other shifts and departments to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Possession of a valid Texas RN License or eligibility for a Compact License.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • BSN required or to be obtained within three years of hire.
  • Med-Surg certification is preferred.
