Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and prioritize care to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contribute to a culture of safety, and adhere to regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
  • 1 year of relevant experience in oncology or a related field.
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification.
