About the Job: We are seeking an experienced Data Center Electrical Superintendent to join our team at TalentSphere Staffing Solutions. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience supervising electrical work for construction projects for data centres.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee construction activities, including construction methods, sequencing, manpower allocation, material requirements, equipment usage, and work schedules.
  • Lead a team of Electrical Foremen and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, critical path dates, and milestone timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project managers, owners, and clients.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in electrical supervision or management.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of construction scheduling and cost control.
