About the Role: NCH Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Labor and Delivery team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans for patients in Labor and Delivery situations
- Provide direct nursing care to patients and assume teaching and leadership responsibilities
- Participate in unit committee and quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the State of Florida
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- Intermediate computer knowledge and proficiency in electronic medical records
