Job Description

Job Title: Architect - Ocean & OM Products, IS Operational Experience

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our Operational Experience team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving shared architectural initiatives and providing technical guidance to support business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with OXP and Enterprise architects to contribute to the strategic technical direction of the enterprise.
  • Define key technical initiatives that support Lean Budgets via Enabler Epics.
  • Help the OXP value streams adhere to the budget guardrails for retiring solutions.
  • Lead the OXP strategy for building and maintaining the architectural runway for shared components.
  • Understand and communicate Strategic Themes, and other key business drivers for architecture, to technical and non-technical stakeholders within the OXP group.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a technology leader with strong leadership, communication, and execution capabilities.
  • Experience with cloud native architecture and applications - Azure preferred but not required.
  • Experience designing and operating distributed microservice systems at scale.
  • Experience with big data strategies and system design.
  • DevSecOps experience and action and outcome-driven leadership.
  • Ability to actively inspire, coach, mentor, and motivate.
  • Ability to promote autonomy, mastery, and purpose, through empowerment and creating leaders.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: $150,000 to $240,000.

Location: This position is on-site and will reside in the greater Seattle, WA area at one of the following locations: Downtown Seattle, Federal Way, Lynnwood, or Bellevue (Factoria). Candidates must be local or willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.
