About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at Denver Midtown Clinic. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our healthcare providers.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general administrative and patient care tasks, communicating effectively with patients and healthcare teams, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support to healthcare providers, including preparing patients for exams and procedures, obtaining vital signs, and documenting medical information.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing electronic health records.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Current BLS certification is required upon hire or within 60 days of hire upon approval.
  • Three (3) months previous experience within a healthcare setting is required.
Preferred Qualifications

Certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) is preferred.

Salary

The hourly range for this position is $18.29 - $23.55. Your actual hourly rate will depend on your experience.
