Job Description

The Executive Chef - Breakfast Buffet Specialist is responsible for the preparation and presentation of high-quality breakfast buffet items. This includes cooking, plating, and garnishing dishes to meet our culinary standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• To prepare all hot and cold breakfast buffet items according to our recipes and specifications.
• To maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• To ensure that all food products are fresh, tasty, and visually appealing.
• To work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• To communicate effectively with the culinary team, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or as a cook in a high-volume food establishment.
• Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
• Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a dynamic kitchen environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
