Job Summary

Midas Auto Service - JC is seeking a skilled Lube Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of vehicle maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fluid Services: Perform routine maintenance on vehicles, including oil changes, transmission, differential, and cooling system maintenance.
  • Customer Communication: Educate customers on necessary preventive vehicle maintenance, explaining programs, services, and pricing structures to achieve high customer satisfaction and increased revenues.
  • Additional Duties: Provide courtesy services, such as tire repair and replacement, and perform other tasks as needed.
Requirements

  • Automotive and Retail Experience: Possess a strong background in automotive and retail, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.

  • Appearance and Attitude: Maintain a clean and neat appearance, and demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude in all interactions.
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid state driver's license, with a clean driving record.
